Sunday February 19

Learn to cook a Seasonal New England Dinner

Learn different techniques that you may latter use at home. Work with locally sourced food. Enjoy at a celebratory dinner at the end of class.
$60/person includes all materials and tools plus dinner with wine . All participants may invite a friend or significant other to dinner at 5pm for $25/person. Guests must be registered before the day of class.

"A Night on Bourbon Street"

This evening we bring back the always popular "Mardi Gras" event. Experience the flavors of New Orleans as well as the crowning of our Mardi Gras king & queen complete with Kings Cake.

~ Cornmeal crusted oysters with baby spinach, warm bacon dressing, & homemade potato chips
~ Crawfish, chicken, Andouille & Tasso jambalya
